Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
Must have a Pediatric fellowship
Can accept MD s of DO s
Board Certified is required
Average 10 patients per day
70% infusions
75% office, 25% hospital
Support staff: 2 NPs, 2 MAs, front desk, Hem/Onc providers
Emergency call, sporadically
